GENERAL:
These terms and conditions are in addition to other terms and conditions applied by Business and Technology Links Ltd. and highlighted throughout the website. They may not be changed except by a written signed agreement from Business and Technology Links Ltd. This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law on Contracts for the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services. If any provision of this license is declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the license and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The parties have requested that this Agreement and all documents contemplated hereby be drawn up in English.
INSURANCE
As of to-days date, we have not applied for insurance in any form, and currently, we have no intention of obtaining any insurance in respect of our current activities.
VARIATION OF AGREEMENT
We may amend the terms of this Agreement from time to time, by posting it on the Terms and Conditions page which you are reading. It is your responsibility as a user to refer to the terms on accessing this service, changes will be effective three hours after first posting to the site, and you will be deemed to have accepted any change if you continue to access the site after this time.
ADVERTISING MATERIAL
